Refund and Exchange Policy

Our refund and returns policy last 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To process a return the soap must be in the original packaging and returned alongside its receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products

If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment; within 15 days of approval.

Refunds can take time to process once completed, if processed it may take a few days for your refund to post to your account or credit card.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items


Refunds for gifts, only the gift purchaser can get money back on their credit card or cash back. For gifts returned you can receive an exchange of product, a merchandise credit, or a gift card.

To return your product, you should bring your return and its receipt to your local Little Dragon Soaps establishment or mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
